Melissa literally grew up in the water having been born into a waterskiing family and being the daughter of the National Driving Examiner of the British Waterski and Wakeboard Federation. Melissa is a hugely accomplished professional Wakeboarder having won the UK wakeboard nationals an impressive 8 times and podiumed at the Europeans and Euro pro tour twice respectively.

Many ask what she does here? The short answer is everything! Melissa manages our online presence and makes sure that our suite of annual events such as the Nationals, Shredtime & legendary Raft-up all happen on the right day, with the right people, in the right place! She ensures our growing team of athletes (The biggest in the UK) are taken care of and have everything they need to perform at their very best!

Adam joins us with a wealth of dealer experience and knowledge having spent a previous life with the likes of Jaguar Land Rover and Mercedes-Benz. Need to book your boat in for a service? Searching high and low for a hard to find part? Need help with logistics and management of your boat? Adam’s your man! He ensures the work flows seamlessly through our workshops and that no details are missed!

When not making everyone’s day better here, he can be found blasting around the North Wales coast with his family and nutter of a dog.

James joined us as a tow boat apprentice following his initial training in complex electrical repairs. Many years later he has now risen through the ranks to be our workshop manager. He brings a level of experience and understanding that takes him all over Europe repairing boats.

Having been trained in-house initially, he has then gone on to become a hugely qualified technician with specialised training and certifications from the likes of Malibu, Axis, BRC LPG, Malibu Powertrain, Indmar, Mercruiser, Mercury etc.

When not on the tools he can be found renovating his new family home or chasing his nemesis… The 360 on a surfboard!

With many years of experience in the world of watersports and boats of all types, Joe has a passion for passing on the love of towed sports and helping families choose the right products to get the most out of their time on the water.

Having owned towboats for over 20 years, operated his own ski school and being a builder of custom wakesurf boards, Joe offers a wealth of knowledge and experience that can’t be found elsewhere.

When not out with his own family on the lake, he will often be found handing our boats over and providing world-class surf and driver training.

Our in-house master-mariner! Adam is a certified yacht master (both Power and Sail), has crossed the Atlantic helming a 70′ yacht, and is at home on a 13′ dory as he is a superyacht. He is an immensely practical chap having rebuilt everything from ski boats to houses, there’s not a lot he can’t do!

By day he is an important member of the workshop team and at weekends he’ll generally be found on Lake Windermere perfecting his surfing!

Our fearless leader and the biggest geek you are ever likely to encounter when it comes to tow boats. Mike is our master technician and has been involved in the watersports and boating industry since the age of 16.

He manages our many commercial customers and the sales of our new and used boats. Mike is likely the most widely qualified towboat technician in Europe and now spends much of his time training others on the repair of tow boats and works with the likes of the British Waterski and Wakeboard Federation on delivering training, best practice, and qualifications to fellow boaters.
